The ancient healing art of Stone Massage has been used to promote a harmonizing and balancing effect on the body. The stones penetrates deep into the muscles to help alleviate pain and relax the muscles. Balsat river stones are used which are a black volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well. It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage.

Myofascial release
Myofascial release is a type of soft tissue massage which incorporates stretching and massage of the connective tissues, or fascia. It operates on the principle that many people hold stress in their muscles, which causes the muscles to seize or lock. This is exacerbated by muscle injury and scarring. Myofascial release aims to access these areas of blockage and tension to release them, thereby freeing up the muscle and allowing it to move more easily and effectively. Regular myofascial release can improve posture, ease areas of muscle soreness, and improve flexibility.

Lomi Lomi
Lomi Lomit means "rub" or "massage" in Hawaiian. It is a traditional Hawaiian massage technique used to bring about physical as well as mental relaxation. According to the Huma philosophy of Hawaii, the mind and the body are invariably interlinked and mutually interdependent. Good health depends on having both aspects in an harmonious balance. The Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage seeks to rid the body of physical and mental stresses, and free up the energy flow.

Polarity therapy
Polarity is based on the belief that positive and negative poles exist in every cell within our bodies. A person's energy is either positive, negative, or neutral. The aim of Polarity massage is to rebalance these essential energies, so that it remains in a neutral state. This is achieved through gentle energy bodywork - or gentle touch - that directs the patient's own energy to the proper places within the body.

Reflexology
Reflexology has been used for centuries for its beneficial healing properties. It is the practice of applying pressure to the feet and hands utilizing specific thumb, finger and hand techniques with little or no oil, based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands with a premise that such work effects a physical change in the body. Reflexology is used to stimulate relaxation, improve blood flow, can be beneficial in the healing process after surgery, and eases depression and anxiety. The key benefits of reflexology have to do with the reduction of stress. Because the feet and hands help set the tension level for the rest of the body, they are an easy way to interrupt the stress signal and reset homeostasis, the body's equilibrium.

Aromatherapy
Is the practice of using the natural oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots or other parts of a plant to enhance psychological and physical well-being.
The inhaled aroma from these "essential" oils is widely believed to stimulate brain function. Essential oils can also be absorbed through the skin, where they travel through the bloodstream and can promote whole-body healing.

Neuromuscular Massage
Is an intense form of bodywork that consists of focused, concentrated massage on one specific area of the body. The pressure may continue for a period of up to thirty seconds at a time, and is designed to alleviate tension that extends from a “trigger point” into an entire muscle. The theory behind neuromuscular massage is that when a muscle spasms it is not caused by a spasm in the entire muscle, but by a spasm in a very centralized area of the muscle, which may then reverberate to other areas of the muscle, causing pain. This small area is called a trigger point because it is the area that “triggers” pain in another area of the muscle, sometimes called referring or transferring.
